QUALIFICATION MEASURE

  • Be a national of a qualified West African nation
  • Have settled in one or more of the stated nations for a minimum of five of the last 1 decade
  • Age conditions:
  • 18 to 24 years (born after 1st October 2000 and before 2 October 2007)
  • 18 to 25 years for students in law, medicine, engineering, pharmacy
  • Below the age of 27 if you concluded your first program after 1st October 2024
  • Hold a first-class honours program or equivalent
  • Satisfy the English language conditions of the University of Oxford

NEEDED DOCUMENTS

  • Authentic passports or national Identity card
  • Certificate of birth or birth affidavit
  • Educational transcripts and course certificates
  • Evidence of English language skill (or waiver letter)
  • Proof of residency, such as school records
  • Filled out the CV section within the application
  • Head-and-shoulders passport pattern picture
  • Private statement with a maximum of 1000 words
  • Educational statement of study  with a highest of 350 words
  • 4 to 6 reference letters with at least three educational referees.

REFEREE CONDITIONS

  • Educational referees (3 min): Professors who tutored and scored you.
  • Character referees (1 min): Mentors or supervisors who understand your leadership and conduct.
  • References are required to be written in English, confidential, and presented online by 5th September 2025.
